My right tonsil is inflamed. I don't think I can blame it on hayfever. I hope it's just mocking me rather than threatening full tonsillitis.
Back is still twinging but I'm probably going to lay some slabs anyway. The not wanting to get my trousers dirty before Guides excuse won't last for two days.
